Daniel Wasserstein is a Florida Bar licensed attorney working with clients throughout the State. Mr. Wasserstein has represented condominium and homeowners associations in many facets, from collections and foreclosures, to litigation and general governance, to receiverships, document review and drafting. He also practices in lender litigation, construction law, evictions and general business and contract disputes.
In the community, Mr. Wasserstein has taken on leadership positions, spoken and written published articles on community association and construction law and has routinely volunteered his time to educate students. He has also been an active member of the Community Association Institute of Southeast Florida, the Palm Beach and Miami-Dade Bar Associations, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and Emerge Broward. Mr. Wasserstein has an undergraduate degree from Emory University, where he graduated summa cum laude, and received his juris doctorate from University of Miami School of Law.
Mr. Wasserstein was recently named a 2011 “Super Lawyer-Rising Star,” an accolade only awarded to 2.5% of all lawyers in the Florida Bar’s Young Lawyer Division.
